What size of project do you take on?
From single-room renovations to twelve-storey commercial buildings. We scope every project individually rather than working to a minimum contract size.
Do you handle permits and municipal approvals?
Yes — our project management service covers permitting, structural sign-off and regulatory approval, so you're not coordinating separate consultants.
Can you work from an existing architect's drawings?
Yes. We regularly step in at construction or interior stage on drawings we didn't originate, and we'll flag anything that needs revisiting before we build.
How long does a typical project take?
A full residence typically runs 9–14 months from consultation to handover. You'll get a realistic schedule specific to your project at the concept stage.
Do you offer support after handover?
Every project includes a defects period after handover, with your project lead remaining your point of contact throughout.
What areas of Saudi Arabia do you work in?
We're based in Riyadh and take on projects across the Kingdom. Site visit frequency and logistics are scoped per project during the initial consultation.
How is pricing structured?
We work to fixed-scope pricing agreed at contract signing. Any change to the brief afterward is priced as a formal variation before work proceeds, not folded in silently.
Can I hire you for just one service, like interior design?
Yes — each of our five services (architecture, interiors, construction, project management, turnkey) can be engaged independently or combined.
