A multi-generational home planned around three connected courtyards.
Three Households,
One Address.
Three generations of one family needed separate households under a single roof, each with genuine privacy. Three linked courtyards give each household its own outdoor space while a shared central hall keeps the family connected.
Vivere carried the project through design and construction, sequencing the build so each household could move in as its wing completed.

Multi-family compound comprising 3 private wings and central grand majlis across 1,680 m².
Challenge
Accommodating independent living requirements and vehicular access for three distinct generations.

Tri-courtyard configuration connecting back to an expressive single architectural volume.

Completed with staged handovers enabling continuous family occupancy during final phase fit-out.
